The Kattisavan camping site is a calm and relaxing place but there are plenty of exciting activities on offer nearby.

When camping at Kattisavan, all the facilities you need are provided on site: kitchen, toilets, showers, sauna and laundry hire.The main building houses the reception, mini-shop, dining area and common room. Our unique restaurant/conference centre is built in the form of a traditional Sami tent or "kåta" and, during the long summer evenings, becomes a popular pub.
Once a week, the site hosts an antiques and second-hand market.
Fishing enthusiasts will welcome the opportunities to indulge at Kattisavan Camping. Free fishing is permitted at certain locations, but it is also possible to buy a permit for the "Put and Take" lake, which is well stocked with trout and arctic char. A day permit costs 140 kr/person. You can even rent a whole lake and decide how much fish is to be stocked there. The lakeshore site caters for 50 tents. There are also 50 spaces for caravans, all with access to electricity, and 40 cabins able to accommodate three to nine people and fully equipped with hot and cold water, kitchenette, electric heaters, pillows, blankets, radio and TV.
